About Home Inspections
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Our founder, Rodney Lynch comes from a background in civil engineering and construction. He established Home Inspection in 2004 after seeing a need for more thorough home inspections by inspectors who looked after the clients’ best interests. Rodney is a professional real estate inspector (there are three levels of inspectors in Texas, and “professional” is the highest level). He inspects every home as if he’s buying it himself and will do his best to answer all of your questions. Rodney enjoys sharing his knowledge with his clients, especially first-time home buyers. He understands that buying a home can be stressful and that it’s a huge decision and investment—his job is to give you the peace of mind that comes from knowing exactly what you’re getting into.
Each of our inspectors are licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and each inspection adheres to the TREC Standards of Practice. We answer all questions during the verbal walk-through at the end of each inspection. Additionally, we are available after the inspection for follow-up questions or assistance.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
Home Inspections in Norman OK
dth=”150″ height=”150″>No question about it, buying real estate in Oklahoma is probably the most expensive purchase any of us will ever make. Wouldn’t you want to know what you’re buying before you buy it? I sure would! A good home inspection is the only way to know for sure.
This is no time to shop for a cheap inspection. The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the cost of the home being inspected. We know money can get a little tight when buying a home. So we offer credit card payment from the comfort of your home. Visit our credit card payment page to see if this is how you want to pay.
We at HLC Home Inspections are determined to perform inspections of the utmost quality and integrity. For a buyer, we make sure that you know and understand the condition of every inspectable item with the property that you are purchasing. For sellers, we provide a Move In Certified Inspection, uploaded to the Internet for anyone to view. This provides potential buyers a level of comfort money can’t buy. Bottom line, this will make for an easier and less problematic sale.
We at HLC Home Inspection understand it is a HUGE investment anytime you purchase a home. You need to know every aspect of the property. We take pride in providing this service. We even go beyond most other Oklahoma inspectors by providing Infrared Thermography (IR) inspections. This is the future in home inspections. We challenge you to read about our IR inspections. Calls us if you have any questions about IR inspections. We’re only a phone call away.
The majority of our business is from client referrals like YOU and from real estate agent recommendations. We work directly for you, our client. Our job is to ensure that you understand every item that can be reported. Our job does not end when the report is completed. Should you have any questions later, you are encouraged to contact us; we will do whatever it takes to answer your questions.
We are here to assist you with making a confident and well-informed decision about your property. Whether you’re buying a new property and want to be sure of what you’re getting… or whether you’re selling a property and want to eliminate possible problems that could delay or lose a sale, we are here to help you. Or, if you just want a professional to inspect and advise you on the condition and maintenance or safety recommendations of your current home, we can help you, too.
We are licensed for the entire state of Oklahoma. Our focus is Norman, Oklahoma City, Moore, Blanchard, Newcastle, and all other areas adjacent to South Oklahoma City. For a more complete listing of areas please visit our coverage area page.
