Our founder, Rodney Lynch comes from a background in civil engineering and construction. He established Home Inspection in 2004 after seeing a need for more thorough home inspections by inspectors who looked after the clients’ best interests. Rodney is a professional real estate inspector (there are three levels of inspectors in Texas, and “professional” is the highest level).
He inspects every home as if he’s buying it himself and will do his best to answer all of your questions. Rodney enjoys sharing his knowledge with his clients, especially first-time home buyers. He understands that buying a home can be stressful and that it’s a huge decision and investment—his job is to give you the peace of mind that comes from knowing exactly what you’re getting into.
We answer all questions during the verbal walk-through at the end of each inspection. Additionally, we are available after the inspection for follow-up questions or assistance.
It is our desire here at HLC to provide you with top quality and thorough home inspections. We will inspect every inch of the property including all accessible structural, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems. We then notify YOU, our client, of any item that is noted. We will include quality color photos with every inspection to help identify items in the report with items in the house. HLC wants you to understand every item by the time we are finished.
