John Adrian Sopher's Background

I received a honorable discharge from the Navy having served four years in the submarine force as a sonar technician. After which I found a job in a calibration lab, certifying and repairing industrial test equipment.  I worked in the lab for nine years while I worked on an associates in business and continued on for a bachelors in finance.  Along with work and school I still managed to start a businesses in rental property.  Midway in the pursuit of my Bachelors, I took a hiatus to gather my bearings, and met my wonderful wife.  My wife and I started and sold a successful vending company while at the same time I obtained and started my home inspection company.  While performing homes inspections I then obtained my real estate license for the state of Oklahoma.  I'm now enrolled at the University of Oklahoma in their coveted Construction Science Program.  This program only accepts the top 25 students per years into the program and is a highly sought after degree for many large 500 companies.

I fulfill a minimum of 24 hours of continued education every year.
All InterNACHI courses require an 80% or higher grade for passing.
