Woodlawn Park is a town in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, United States, and a part of the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. The population was 161 at the 2000 census.
GeographyWoodlawn Park is located at (35.509156, -97.647718)[3]. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.3 km²), all of it land.
DemographicsAs of the census[1] of 2000, there were 161 people, 75 households, and 48 families residing in the town. The population density was 1,256.4 people per square mile (478.2/km²). There were 77 housing units at an average density of 600.9/sq mi (228.7/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 93.79% White, 1.24% Native American, 0.62% Asian, and 4.35% from two or more races. There were 75 households out of which 20.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.3% were married couples living together, 1.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 36.0% were non-families. 34.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 20.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.15 and the average family size was 2.75. In the town the population was spread out with 18.0% under the age of 18, 3.7% from 18 to 24, 13.0% from 25 to 44, 39.1% from 45 to 64, and 26.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 51 years. For every 100 females there were 109.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 88.6 males. The median income for a household in the town was $46,806, and the median income for a family was $58,750. Males had a median income of $46,250 versus $33,333 for females. The per capita income for the town was $43,376. About 6.0% of families and 5.6% of the population were below the poverty line, including none of those under the age of eighteen and 8.3% of those sixty five or over.
